Ok, some news about the website. First, I have made a grave error, and can't believe that I am just now catching it, but the black, white and yellow chevron beads that come with the hemp jewelry are NOT black, white and yellow--they are brown, white and green! Boy, do I feel stupid! I am working feverishly to update the Hemp Jewelry page, and I apologize to all who have been mislead.
Second, I am also still working on adding the PayAce buttons, and I hope to have them done within the next 2 weeks.
Third, I will have better pictures up for the hemp jewelry within the next 2 weeks. That's right--you will actually be able to see what a burgundy wood beaded hemp choker looks like, or a beadless marine blue hemp choker with a twist braid.
I am also changing the format of some of the pages, okay, MOST of the pages, to make ordering less confusing. Instead of having the order buttons below each color or pendant, I am putting them next to each in a straight line across. Hopefully, this will make it much easier to figure out exactly what you are ordering.

Now, on a personal note, I hope you all had a wonderful Mother's Day, or that your Mothers did. I had a wonderful one.
I was served breakfast in bed at 2pm, lol, given a beautiful yet funny card, and generally treated with respect and love all day--I only got my own coffee twice!
Please, if you have a mother that you may have drifted apart from, do not take her for granted...even if you do not celebrate Mother's Day, you can still let her know how special she is to you. I know, not every "mom" deserves any praise--look at the latest example of the mother who stabbed each of her young children over 200 times each.
However, most of us do not have moms like that, and especially when they are up in years, it can be easy to let everyday life interfere with paying as much attention to our parents and other loved ones as we should.
We recently took in an older friend. She is not a relative, but her own daughter had thrown a rather childish fit at 30-something and ordered her out.
She spent Easter here, and no one took her out for Mother's Day, in spite of the fact that 2 of her children live less than 30 miles away. She seemed thrilled with the card and small gift we gave her, but I know it hurt that her own family did nothing. She did hear from her children in another state, but that is small consolation, I am sure.
Please, don't let this happen to your parents. No matter what happened in the past, except in extreme cases of abuse, our parents did the best they could with the knowledge and experience they had, as we do with our children. Please, let them know how grateful you are for their sacrifices, for surely they made many on your behalf.
