About Me

I am a 36 year old mother of 2 teenagers and wife of one amazing truck driver (yes, he's faithful, lol). We have 4 dogs, 6 puppies, and one cat. We live in the beautiful Ozarks of Arkansas. My husband was born and raised here, but my children and I are implants from Northern Michigan, moving here about 3 years ago to escape the harsh winters. I feel like I have come full circle, as my grandparents on both sides of my family were all born and raised here, moving to Michigan when my parents were small to work in the auto plants, as many Arkansans had to in those days. (I originally intended to move to Missouri, but came south just to check it out, and the further I drove in Arkansas, the more it just felt like I was home. I have Cherokee blood in my veins from both of my maternal great-grandmothers, so that probably explains it.)
